In your apartment, with extensive facilities, you can enjoy your stay. Our farm is located in a quiet position in the middle of vineyards. In nice weather you can enjoy the sight of the Catinaccio and the Latemar. From your accommodation you can directly, without using a vehicle, go on various hikes. The surroundings of St.Georgen, Glaning and Jenesien offer many possibilities for this. You are located outside the city, yet you can easily reach the center. The nearest bus stop is just a minute walk from the accommodation. There is a good connection to Bolzano as well as to the airport of Bolzano. There are countless possibilities to organize your vacation, very good info you can get from the tourist office.

Our own products
From the fruits and vegetables of our farm garden make our farm products. Depending on the season, we make various syrups, fruit spreads, chutney and much more. In the product corner of our farm you can get an overview of our products. In addition, we offer the eggs of our – hopefully happy – chickens, which are allowed to roam all over our farm. Photos
Bus stop
The bus stop is just a minute walk from us. At any hour you can take the bus line 156 for shopping or exploring the center of Bolzano or for beautiful hikes to Jenesien (e.g. Salten). Here you can find more info about public transport in South Tyrol.
Bozen Card
We offer you the Bozen Card free of charge. It is your free ticket to a world full of attractions and benefits to experience Laives, Bolzano, Jenesien, Mölten and the Sarntal. All the services that belong to it can be accessed at this link. These include free use of public transport in South Tyrol and free admission to over 90 museums and exhibitions in South Tyrol.
Arrival and departure times
Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 18:00, later or at night by arrangement.
Departure must be between 08:00 to 10:00. After consultation, another time can also be agreed.
House rules
We ask you to observe the following rules:
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- There are no quiet hours provided.
Cancellation conditions
30 days before the scheduled arrival is possible to cancel free of charge. From the 29th day 100 percent of the costs will be charged. To avoid costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
